The 2025 Fat Boy moved up to the Milwaukee-Eight 117 Custom engine, with a reworked two-into-two exhaust and revised rear monoshock. It also gained a 5-inch combined analogue/LCD display, ride modes, cruise control, USB-C and an electronics package with cornering ABS, traction control, drag-torque slip control and tyre pressure monitoring. The wide-tyre, solid-wheel look of the Fat Boy was kept.
