The Gray Ghost was a 35th-anniversary tribute to the original 1990 Fat Boy, part of H-D's 2025 Icons Collection and limited to 1,990 numbered bikes. Its tank and fenders get a mirror-like PVD silver finish echoing the all-silver original, with a round air cleaner and full LED lighting. Mechanically it is the 2025 Milwaukee-Eight 117 Fat Boy with the same rider-aid package.
