The Fat Boy S was a dark, higher-performance Fat Boy that brought the Screamin' Eagle Twin Cam 110B, previously reserved for CVO models, into the regular Softail line. Beyond the 1801 cc engine it had gloss-black engine finish, a black shotgun exhaust with slash-cut mufflers, black bullet-hole wheels and cruise control. It was offered for the last two years of the Twin Cam Fat Boy before the 2018 Milwaukee-Eight models.
