The Low Rider S returned for 2020 on the Softail chassis after the Dyna-based version was dropped, with the Milwaukee-Eight 114 as its only engine. It took styling cues from the early-1980s Low Rider and the old Dyna Low Rider S: dark bronze wheels, blacked-out finishes, a small speed screen and raised bars. A steeper 28-degree rake than the regular Low Rider, an inverted fork and twin front discs aimed it at riders who wanted a cruiser that handles.
