The FLS Softail Slim arrived for 2012 as a stripped-back bobber in the spirit of 1950s customs. It had a narrow 16-inch rear tyre, a chopped rear fender and trimmed front fender, a low solo seat, Hollywood bars and black laced wheels, with the shocks hidden under the frame for a hardtail look. Power came from the rigid-mounted Twin Cam 103B with a six-speed Cruise Drive gearbox, and ABS was an option.
