For Harley-Davidson's 105th birthday in 2008 the 1200 Custom was offered as a serialised, limited Anniversary Edition. Underneath it was the standard fuel-injected 1200 Custom; the difference was the commemorative anniversary paint and badging, set off against the model's chrome wheels, bars, headlight and tank console.
