The 2015 model was the last of the first-generation Forty-Eight, with the 39 mm fork, short-travel coil-over shocks and laced 16-inch wheels used since 2010. It still combined the 1200 Evolution V-twin with a peanut tank and solo seat, ahead of the suspension and wheel overhaul that came for 2016.
