The FX Super Glide was Harley's first factory custom, pairing the big-twin frame and engine with a slimmer Sportster-style front end. The 1973 bike is the kick-start-only FX: a 1200 cc OHV V-twin, four-speed box and chain drive, with disc brakes at both ends. It sold alongside the electric-start FXE from 1974, and the kick-only FX was dropped in 1979.
