The Ultra Limited Low gave shorter riders the full Ultra Limited touring kit with the lowest seat in the touring range. Suspension was lowered at both ends, the primary cover and derby cover were narrowed, and it got a pull-back bar with smaller grips, a shorter windscreen and a hydraulic assist-and-slip clutch for a lighter lever.
