The FXWG was a factory custom built on the Low Rider formula, with widely spaced fork legs, a skinny 21-inch front wheel, a raked-out front end, forward controls, a "Bob-and-a-half" style tank and flame paint on the tank. For 1980 it used the 80 cu in OHV big twin with new breakerless electronic ignition and a four-speed gearbox. Its look later inspired the Dyna Wide Glide.
