With the combined ABS introduced for 2010 now standard on the Super Bol d'Or, the 2011 and 2012 bikes were changed only in detail. Japan got gold striping and a gold rear reservoir on the black bike in 2011, and gold wheels, calipers and engine covers in 2012. It remained a simple, analogue sports tourer built around a steel double-cradle frame and a big, smooth four.
