The Super Bol d'Or is the half-faired version of Honda's Japan-market CB400 Super Four, combining the retro naked bike's 399 cc inline four with a frame-mounted headlight cowl and small screen. In 2012-2013 it was still the fuel-injected HYPER VTEC Revo version introduced in 2008, which switches between two and four valves per cylinder depending on revs. It is a long-running learner and commuter favourite in Japan, prized for its smooth engine and easy handling.
