Introduced in summer 1991 for North America (RC38), the Nighthawk 750 was a budget, do-everything standard built around the air-cooled 16-valve four from the CBX750. Unlike the European Seven Fifty it used a single front disc, an 18-inch front wheel and a rear drum. Reviewers praised its broad power, comfort and finish.
