Built to mark ten years of the CB750, this limited edition was a cosmetically special version of the 1979 twin-cam CB750K. It came only in Candy Muse Red with a two-tone tank and side panels, black Comstar wheels, a separate taillight and gold and green "10th Anniversary" badges. Mechanically it matched the standard K.
