The CB Concept Type II was a cafe-racer flavoured study built on the CB1100, keeping its air-cooled, finned four-cylinder engine. Honda fitted a 17-inch cast front wheel, a CB1300 fuel tank, Showa upside-down forks, radial Brembo brakes, fully adjustable Ohlins rear shocks and retro-pattern Pirelli tyres. It was the performance-minded sibling of the more traditional CB Concept.
