2010 brought the second-generation CBF1000F (SC64): a new cast aluminium frame replaced the steel one, the exhaust changed from a four-into-two to a four-into-one system, and the bike gained a restyled half fairing, new digital instruments and more power (106 hp) with lower weight. Adjustable screen and three-position seat were kept, and ABS remained optional.
