The 2006-2007 CBF600N continued the first-generation (PC38) formula: Hornet-based four-carburettor inline four, steel frame, adjustable seat and optional ABS. It was the last version before the 2008 redesign with fuel injection and an aluminium frame, and stayed a dependable, friendly but unexciting middleweight.
