The 2022 update concentrated on drive out of corners: Honda revised the intake and exhaust tuning for more mid-range, fitted a rear sprocket three teeth larger and reworked traction control and throttle mapping with feedback from HRC riders. Compression rose to 13.4:1, the Nissin calipers got new pistons, and the red, white and blue livery was refreshed.
