The 2022 SP received the same mid-range engine and gearing changes as the base RR-R, plus a revised quickshifter, while keeping its Öhlins Smart-EC suspension and Brembo Stylema brakes. It remained the premium road version of the RR-R, with a 30th Anniversary edition offered alongside it.
