The final year of the 893 cc Fireblade brought revised damping and spring rates, a compression adjuster on the front fork and the more aggressive "fox-eye" twin headlight fairing. Underneath it remained the light, short-wheelbase 16-inch-front-wheel bike of 1992, still carburetted.
