The CD125TC Benly was a UK-market commuter that took the late-1970s CD200 Benly and fitted a 125 cc twin so it could be ridden on a provisional licence. It kept the four-speed gearbox, fully enclosed chain, drum brakes front and rear, centre and side stands and 12-volt electrics, but had electric start only. Twin handlebar-mounted binnacles held the speedometer and the warning lights.
