The 2024 update gave the 1084 cc twin a revised crank, conrod, piston, valve timing and exhaust, raising compression to 10.5:1 and peak torque by 7% to 112 Nm, delivered lower in the rev range. The standard Africa Twin kept its 21-inch front wheel but gained a redesigned fairing with a larger five-position screen, tubeless tyres and the option of Showa EERA electronic suspension, while DCT shift logic was refined.
