The CTX1300 took the longitudinal V4 from the ST1300 sports-tourer and retuned it for low-down torque in a long, low bagger-style cruiser with a frame-mounted fairing and integrated hard saddlebags. Shaft drive, a five-speed gearbox and a low seat underline its touring brief. The base model went without the electronic extras of the Deluxe, which added ABS, traction control and an audio system.
