The 2018 Gold Wing was a ground-up redesign: a shorter, lighter 1833 cc flat six, a double-wishbone front end in place of the telescopic fork, and an optional seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox with a walking-pace mode. The base model drops the top box and uses a lower screen, giving it a leaner bagger shape than the Tour. Smartphone integration and ride modes came standard.
