Honda Motor Europe's second Neo Sports Café study took the CB650F's four-cylinder and wrapped it in the retro-modern styling already seen on the CB1000R and CB300R. It wore full LED lighting, Rizoma parts and an SC Project 4-1-2 exhaust. Its look closely previewed the CB650R that replaced the CB650F for 2019.
