A run-out edition of the NS250R dressed in Rothmans Honda race colours, released in Japan on 22 January 1986 and limited to 4,000 units. It celebrated Freddie Spencer's double world title in the 250 cc and 500 cc classes. Mechanically it was the regular NS250R; the livery was the difference, and it was the last NS250 before the NSR250R arrived.
