The 2019 PCX150 brought the 2018 redesign to North America: a new steel duplex cradle frame instead of the underbone, lighter eight-spoke wheels with wider tyres, and rear shocks moved back with tri-rate springs. The engine was slightly downsized to 149 cc with a bigger airbox and revised intake, and ABS became an option. New LED lighting with a central headlight and an LCD dash updated the look, which echoed the hybrid and electric PCX models shown in Asia.
