In its second year the ST1300 was carried over unchanged in Europe and also went on sale in the USA, where it replaced the ST1100 for 2003. It remained a heavyweight, shaft-driven sports-tourer with optional linked ABS, a 29-litre tank and an adjustable windscreen and seat.
