The VF1000F II, nicknamed Bol d'Or after the French endurance race, was a fully faired touring-sports version of the VF1000F launched in April 1985. It added a wind-tunnel-shaped full fairing with storage pockets, an extra radiator, a new cockpit and a more comfortable two-up seat, while keeping the chain-cam 998 cc V4 and the F's chassis.
