The final Spirit years brought colour updates such as Candy Red while keeping the chopper-styled package of pulled-back bars, bobbed fender and spoked 19-inch front wheel. It remained the smooth, economical choice in the 1100 range until Honda ended the 1100 Shadow line after 2007 in favour of the VTX models.
