The 2005-on Shadow VLX Deluxe was the dressier version of Honda's 583 cc entry cruiser, sharing the standard bike's engine, four-speed gearbox, chain drive and hidden-shock hardtail chassis. It added spoked wheels, extra chrome and, for 2005, chrome engine covers and new Pearl White, Candy Orange and Pearl Blue paint options.
