The 2024 Shadow Phantom was the first significant update since the model arrived for 2010. The rear drum gave way to a 276 mm disc so optional ABS now covers both wheels, and the bike gained a solo seat, a higher, more forward handlebar, retro fork gaiters, LED indicators, new Bridgestone tyres and fresh tank graphics. The blacked-out 745 cc fuel-injected V-twin and shaft drive were carried over unchanged.
