Honda file

The XL230 was a Japan-market retro trail bike launched in 2002, styled after Honda's 1970s XL models with a slim tank, round headlight and upswept exhaust. Its simple air-cooled 223 cc single was tuned for low- and mid-range pull, and it was aimed at young riders wanting an easy, light bike for town and touring. Anti-theft measures were part of the package, and it was replaced by the XR230 after 2005.
