The Pharaohs was a 1985 special edition of Honda's rally-styled big-tank XL600, named after the Egyptian Rallye des Pharaons desert race. Mechanically it matches the XL600LM on the spec sheet, with the RFVC single, twin carburettors, electric start and 28-litre tank; what set it apart was its commemorative rally finish. Like the LM it was meant to bring a works Dakar look to riders who wanted a big-single trail bike for long distances.
