Honda file

From 2002 the XL650V was built in Spain as the RD11, with the same 647 cc V-twin and chassis as the first 650s. It was valued as a forgiving, upright commuter and light tourer, though testers found it short of power on fast roads and too heavy for serious off-road riding.
