The 1995 XLR BAJA was the last of the line before Honda replaced it with the XR BAJA. It kept the oil-cooled 28 PS RFVC single, the big twin headlight and the front and rear discs that set the Baja apart from the plain XLR250R. It was a Japanese-market trail and touring bike that some owners grey-imported to other countries.
