The XLX 350R was Honda's Brazilian-built big trail bike, launched in April 1987 with styling borrowed from the export 600 cc XLs. It used the 339 cc four-valve single from the XL350R, rated at 30 hp, plus a front disc brake that coped well in wet off-road conditions. It was dropped in 1991 after roughly 40,000 units, making way for the NX 350 Sahara.
