The 2000-2001 XR200R was one of the last US versions of the long-running two-valve model, unchanged in its basic layout: 195 cc air-cooled SOHC single, six-speed gearbox, drum brakes and Pro-Link rear suspension. It stayed in the line-up as a cheap, low-maintenance trail bike while Honda's competition attention moved to the CR and later CRF families.
