The first TE 610e brought a big-bore, SOHC four-valve single to Husqvarna's road-legal enduro line, using an electric-start 576 cc engine fitted with a flat-slide Keihin carburettor. It pairs a steel cradle frame with Marzocchi upside-down forks and a Sachs rear shock, and was aimed at riders wanting a tall dual-purpose machine that could also cruise at highway speeds.
