The 2023 Chieftain Elite was a numbered run of only 175 bikes, a dressed-up version of the Thunder Stroke 116 touring Chieftain. It was set apart by Super Graphite Smoke paint, Shadow Bronze finishes, Indian headdress floorboards, an open front fender and a machined 10-spoke front wheel. Touring kit included a power-adjustable windshield, adaptive LED headlight, RIDE COMMAND touchscreen with navigation and CarPlay, and locking weatherproof saddlebags.
