The A-3 was the final air-cooled GPz1100, built for 1985 with the same engine, fuel injection and chassis as the earlier A models. Sales of the water-cooled GPz900R had overtaken it, so Kawasaki ended the model after this year. The page also notes that 1985 was the last year for the GPz750 Turbo, which shared much of the range's technology.
