A 1982 GPz750 with the revised 738 cc air-cooled four, tapered steering-head bearings, clip-on bars and a bikini fairing. Compared with the 1981 bike it had revised camshafts and cylinder heads and an oil cooler, and it was the base for the more sport-focused 1983 frame and Uni-Trak revision.
