The 2017 Ninja 1000 ABS is a sport-touring bike that adds a Bosch 6-axis IMU for traction control, cornering management and intelligent ABS. Bodywork was widened and the windscreen raised, and the seat was redesigned for comfort. A new instrument panel with a shift light and gear indicator and a five-way adjustable clutch lever were also new for the year.
