The last production years of the Vulcan 800 Classic before Kawasaki replaced the 800 line with the larger VN900. It carried the same retro cruiser look, with valanced fenders, chrome wire wheels and a low seat, and a 805 cc liquid-cooled V-twin with a gear-driven balancer. It shares its styling theme with the bigger 1500 Classic.
