The A2 was an interim 1978 version of the 1015 cc Z1000 between the A1 and A3. The page says its main changes were paint and decals, with the front brake calipers moved behind the fork legs, a diaphragm fuel tap and lower handlebars on UK bikes. Colours were luminous green or luminous red, with a black and gold option for the US.
