A retro-styled naked from Kawasaki's Zephyr range, with styling that recalls the 1970s Z1 and Z1000. The 1100 used an air-cooled version of the GPz1100 engine with two spark plugs per cylinder, plus newer parts such as a box-section aluminium swingarm and twin shocks with remote reservoirs. It was aimed at relaxed, low-cost road riding rather than sport performance.
