The 1984 ZX 750R (GPz 750R Ninja) was Kawasaki's liquid-cooled 746 cc four with four valves per cylinder, carburettors and a six-speed gearbox. It shared the chassis of the larger GPz900R with the smaller engine, so it delivered power in a similar way with less of it. It was a three-year model before the GPX750R replaced it.
