The SMC is KTM's 625 supermoto single from the mid-2000s, positioned between the 660 SMC and the heavier LC4 road bikes. It has electric start, a tubular cradle frame, and a lively, revvy engine that the review found had less low-end torque than the 640 LC4 it is based on. Its strong brakes and agile chassis suited tight roads, while the bike was less comfortable on long journeys.
