The Duke II in its 2001-02 form is the 624 cc supermoto with a balancer-equipped four-valve single, a steel cradle frame and WP inverted forks and monoshock. It has a 1460 mm wheelbase and 250 mm ground clearance, making it nimble on tight streets. Its small tank and limited comfort were the main criticisms, but it remained a strong handling road machine.
