The 2009 Duke carries the same redesigned single-cylinder chassis and engine as the 2008 model, with a new frame, fairings, seat and under-engine exhaust. Its suspension and brakes come from the 690 Supermoto. It runs Keihin electronic fuel injection with an electric throttle and a six-speed gearbox on 17-inch wheels.
